I showcase my expertise in this area as the CEO of Aspire Workplace Solutions Corporation, where I lead initiatives that champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
As the author of "Leveling the Playing Field: Navigating Leadership Pathways for Black Women in Male-Dominated Industries," I guide Black women aspiring to leadership roles, offering valuable insights and strategies to navigate systemic obstacles.
I am a dedicated advocate for empowering Black women and driving transformative change in industries traditionally dominated by men. With a background in criminal justice, I have firsthand experience breaking down barriers and overcoming challenges in environments where diversity is often lacking.
In addition to my professional endeavors, I am actively engaged in my community, as a dedicated member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., the Junior League,
and serve on the Board of Visitors for Teaching Innovation at the University of Alabama.
